The Rangers are playing their fifth of six preseason games tonight, and while the roster has certainly been slimmed down, the tough decisions still loom. Smith or Lindgren? Who is the 2C? Where will Chytil play? These are just some of the questions that need answers by October 3.
In the mean time, those on the bubble get another chance to show the coaching staff that they belong. As for meaningful hockey, we are exactly one week away.
