The Rangers are back in action tonight against the currently playoff-bound Hurricanes, a team that has always been good from a possession standpoint, but lacked something (goaltending, mostly) to get them over the hump. Now they are looking like a wild card team with some fun post-game celebrations.

The Blueshirts are yo-yoing between the 10th overall pick and the 7th overall pick on a nightly basis. The Canes are on a roll right now, so that may help with the draft position tonight. At some point, the guys who are getting traded will be scratched, although tonight likely isn’t the case with the injuries mounting.
