The Rangers are in Columbus tonight as #TheVision continues. It took a detour with a satisfying win over the Islanders yesterday, but the Blue Jackets are significantly better and, with a few improvements, could content with the Bolts and Leafs.

Rick Nash, who announced his retirement on Friday, will be on hand to drop the puck. Nash, for all intents and purposes, played with the Jackets and Rangers for his entire career. That brief stop in Boston doesn’t really count to me. Nash was booed a lot in Columbus following his trade, but my guess is he will get a standing ovation and a video tribute.

It is my expectation the Rangers follow suit at some point this season or next.
