Dave, can you shed some light on which players sent down are subject to a waiver claim? And what is the window for when waiver claims can take place?

Long story short: Waivers is based on service and games played. It gets fuzzy based on when a player signed his first contract though. The good thing is that you can go here: https://hockeyscap.com/teams/rangers and they have an icon next to those that are waiver exempt.

Should be an excellent defensive team with good goaltending and some quick forwards too.
