The Connecticut Whale followed up yesterday’s 4-1 victory with a second straight win over St. John’s, this time blowing them out 7-3. In the two games, the Whale outscored St. John’s by a score of 11-4. This time around, it was Kyle Jean who finally got things back on track, notching a goal and an assist. Jean wasn’t the only one with a big night, as Jyri Niemi (1-1-2), Kris Newbury (1-2-3), Michael Haley (2-0-2), Andrew Yogan (1-1-2), and Mike Vernace (0-2-2) all had multi-point nights.
