Wolski Traded To FLA, NYR not trading MDZ or McDonagh for Nash

According to TSN’s Bob Mckenzie, pretty much the only guy on the internet with inside information, Wojtek Wolski has been traded to the Florida Panthers. Other’s are reporting the deal was for a third round pick, but that has been unconfirmed. We will continue to update this post as more information becomes available.

***Update: McKenzie is now reporting that defensemen Mike Vernace and a 3rd round pick in 2013 are coming our way.

Also it is being reported that the Rangers have remained firm they will not be trading Del Zotto & McDonagh for Nash.

Wow. Best of luck to ya, Panthers. Kudos to Slats. This gives the Rangers a lot of options. Feels like something big is brewing…
