Scratched tonight: Chris Drury (finger), Vinny Prospal (knee), Todd White (healthy), and Matt Gilroy (healthy). This may change though, as it is rumored that Todd White will be playing, but unsure as to who he will be replacing in the lineup. All signs point to Boogaard, but Frolov could also be given a seat tonight.

STATE OF THE BLUESHIRTS: Last night’s game was a wild one, but the Rangers managed to hold on to beat the Islanders. Expect the same intensity tonight, but with “slightly” less scoring. Considering the schedule coming in December, the Rangers need to get as many points against bad opponents as possible, meaning they need tonight’s two points before heading into a home-and-home with Ottawa. If the Rangers win in regulation, then they will have as many points as the Devils and Islanders combined.

CRAZY THOUGHT: Hank gets the shutout.

OPPONENT’S BLOG: Islanders Point Blank

PREDICTION: Rangers 3, Islanders 0

The game is at 7pm tonight on MSG+. The game will also be on 970AM on your radio. Discussion here is always recommended too!
