The NHL has announced the schedules for all 30 NHL teams for the 2010-2011 season. You can view the entire Rangers schedule here. As posted before, the Rangers open on October 9 in Buffalo, and play their first home game on October 15 against Toronto. The season finale is against the Devils at MSG on April 9.
The Rangers also make just one west coast trip, which is a two day affair against Anaheim and San Jose. The Rangers also finish the season on a three game home stand, which comes after a four game road trip, which naturally comes after a stretch of four home games in five games. All in all, the Rangers play 7 of their final 12 games at home, which is a little more than half. This year’s schedule is much more tame, with fewer back-to-backs and three-in-fours due to a lack of an Olympic break.
