Game 18: Elias Petterson and the suddenly good (?) Canucks

The Rangers are back at it tonight. It’s a busy month for the Blueshirts, after all. Tonight it’s the surprisingly good Canucks, who are riding sensation Elias Petterson to a 10-6-2 record to start the season. I don’t think anyone knows how the Canucks are doing it, because everything about their lineup says lottery team. But here we are.

As for the Rangers, Pavel Buchnevich is out with a broken thumb. Ryan Spooner slides into his top line role. Lias Andersson slides into the second line winger spot with Hayes and Kreider. Filip Chytil is still on the fourth line. Death, taxes, lineup changes.

    Nice Job, Dave!

The line above is the epitome of my belief! Thanks for coming around, Dave.

Don’t know whether to laugh or cry at the fact that the Rangers are now 2nd in the Metro… Great game for Chytil and Howden. Hank at the end was awesome.
