Rangers sign Marek Mazenec

A little late on this (blame work), but the Rangers have signed goalie Marek Mazenec to a one-year deal. He is on waivers now, expected to clear and will report to the Hartford Wolf Pack. The Pack is in some need of goaltending help, and Mazenec should be an upgrade in that department.

Mazenec started the season in the KHL, where he posted a .889 SV%. In 47 games with Milwaukee last season, he posted a .912 SV%. That .912 SV% is better than both Alexei Georgiev (.897 SV%) and Chris Nell (.889 SV%) with the Pack.
