To me, the Rangers need to not only win but crush them tonight. If they win hanging on then I think that makes Game 4 50/50.

But if they jump all over the Sens and dominate them tonight then I think that bodes well for Game 4.

Playoff games are usually a game by game type of thing with no correlation from one game to another, but I think the Rangers need to get their swagger back. Kreider and Miller need to have very active and physical games, IMO.

You’re welcome. LGR!! Kick the crap of them tonight too!!

    Great seeing you Pat.

I’m going to swallow hard and take a deep breath before I say this.

But I am now on board to trade Miller for Trouba.

Wow. This was the farthest from my mind. If the offer is still available, I would have to entertain it also.

Lynchpins like Skjei and Trouba would be amazing.

Just a little distraction from the stress of the playoffs. How about:

        McD-Trouba
        Skjei-Shatty
        Graves-Smith

        • SalMerc says:

Don’t get crazy. Girardi and Staal are not going anywhere. I wouldn’t go after Shatty either. Let the young pipeline bear some fruit as the old vets become cheap enough to buy out.

    • Dave says:

I’d have to think long and hard about this, but I think in the end I do it too.

Need to dump Girardi, Staal, Holden (Vegas maybe), and Klein though.

I love Miller, but that’s what it would take to get one of the best young D man in the league.
