Dylan McIlrath is starting to show why the Rangers drafted him in the first round of the 2010 draft, as he notched his third goal of the season in Hartford’s 3-2 shootout loss to Springfield. McIlrath was never known for his scoring, but he is starting to put up points at an average of slightly below a point every other game. The Undertaker, as he is called, has also made significant strides in his defensive play while remaining a physical force on the blue line.
