Callahan talks injury with NHL.com

Dan Rosen of NHL.com has an interview with Ryan Callahan where he discussed the time table for his injury. Callahan mentioned that skating and shooting won’t be an issue come training camp, but it is when he will be cleared for contact:

“As the schedule goes, it’s going to dip into training camp and it’s possible it could dip into the regular season, too,” Callahan said. “The biggest thing with this is the contact. I should be able to be fully skating and shooting in training camp, but it’s when you can take contact and I don’t think you know that until you get further on and they evaluate it and check it out. As of now, how the rehab is going, I’m right on schedule.”

The whole thing is worth the read. Definitely go check it out.

Since bone chips in Kreiders ankle was the previous coaches fault can we blame Cally and Hagelins injury on him too? Why not lump in Derek Jeters broken ankle in last years playoffs?

You are a complete jerk aren’t you??? You know all the answers, and put people down who don’t agree with you. Maybe your brain dead, and we should blame Torts for that as well!!

        Lets make a deal.

If Kreider blocks a single shot next year you have to rescind your previous statement and say I guess Kreider will block shots regardless of who his coach is and no one is to blame for the bone chips in his ankle besides bad luck.

If he goes the whole season without blocking a single shot I will apologize and agree that the coach is the sole reason that he hurt his ankle. And I will never reply to one of your comments ever again.
