Playoff open thread

Another three series kick off tonight, as the Bruins (#4) and Maple Leafs (#5) kick things off at 7pm on CNBC. At 7:30pm, the Sidney Crosby-less Penguins (#1) and Islanders drop the puck on NBCSN/MSG+. And the Canucks (#3) take on the Sharks (#6) at 10:30pm on NBCSN. If last night was a sign of things to come, then tonight’s games should be exciting as well.

The Knicks are also playing tonight, as they look to close out the series with Boston in Game Five. The Yankees are also in action. Or just watch the video a bunch of times and pray that Staal plays tomorrow.

Wade Redden, goal and an assist in the first period.

Stall in the lineup would be pretty awesome. He was really hitting his stride offensively when he went down with that brutal injury. The team tailed off with Stall out of the lineup. But, was resurrected by dumping Gaboriuk “the golden boy” and acquiring some hockey players who really want to win. Boyle and Clowe will be missed if the Caps get physical.
