Michael St. Croix was one of two Ranger prospects in action last night, and he continued his high scoring ways. St. Croix notched an assist in Edmonton’s 4-2 win last night over Medicine Hat. That gives St. Croix 11 points (5-6-11) in just eight games thus far this year. If St. Croix were to continue this pace for the 72 games he played last season, that would give him 99 points (six fewer than last year’s 105). Not too shabby.

The other player in action last night was Sam Noreau of Baie-Comeau Drakkar of the QMJHL. Noreau finished with a hit and a +1 rating.
