STATE OF THE RANGERS: After a hard fought game yesterday that resulted in an overtime loss, the Ducks are in Stockholm looking to leave Europe with at least two points after dropping their opener to the Buffalo Sabres 4-1 in Helsinki.  The Ducks have one of the best trios in hockey in Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf, and Bobby Ryan. Outside of those three and Teemu Selanne, there is a significant drop off in production from the forwards. That power play is lethal, so the Rangers need to stay out of the box.

CRAZY THOUGHT: Erixon gets his first NHL goal.

PREDICTION: Rangers 3, Ducks 2

Today’s game is on at 1pm on MSG and Versus.  It will be on either AM1050 or AM970 on the radio. A programming note: I have a wedding today, Chris is in Sweden, and Suit is not available, so there will be no review tonight.
